Ms. Raskin regularly advises on
a broad spectrum of federal, state and local employment
laws and has experience representing clients in a wide
range of industries including the pharmaceutical, consumer
products, health care, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications,
entertainment, and food services industries. Her clients
include both public and privately held companies. Xan
began her career as an employment litigator at Proskauer
LLP, and subsequently was the principal legal advisor
to the human resources function at Pepsico, Inc. and at
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. She utilizes her deep subject
matter expertise in a risk-based approach that generates
practical advice and effective solutions for workplace
issues. She co-authored the book, Issues in Employee
Leave, a resource guide for corporate human resources
and in-house counsel on the legal complexities of employee
absences from work.
Ms. Raskin is a member of several local and national legal
and non-profit associations. She speaks regularly on employment
law and risk mitigation in the workplace for lawyers and
human resources professionals. |
